Building & Craftmanship

Build / Construct Walls

Patch Drywall

Data Cabling:
-
Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure.
-
Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems.
-
Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications.
-
Terminating a variety of cables to specified standards and specifications.
-
Identifying and removing redundant cabling.
-
Installing of televisions, routers, cameras and internet technology devices.
-
Troubleshooting issues with cable network.
-
Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and innerduct.
-
Repairing cable poles and towers.
-
Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.
-
Completing paperwork such as timesheets, checklists, vehicle inspection reports and service orders.

Electrical & Air Conditioning:
-
Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
-
Perform general electrical maintenance.
-
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
-
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
-
Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
-
Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
-
Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
-
Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
-
Good knowledge of various test equipment.

Maintenance:

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Performing preventative maintenance.

Handling basic repairs and maintenance.

Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.

Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.

Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Fleet Management:
-
Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs.

Manage recurring preventative maintenance.

Additional Requirements:

Proven maintenance experience.
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
-
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
-
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.

Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
-
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
-
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.

Experience performing routine maintenance.
