Sales Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:

Meeting with Sales and Executive Team on projects that are in the sales pipeline.

Work to Develop Project Timelines and Scope of Work on Projects

Planning Team Resources and Project Expectations Throughout Project
-
Building Quotes for Sales Requests
-
Processing Quotes and Sales Orders
-
Purchasing Product & Materials
-
Tracking the delivery of products that were purchased and communicate with customers and team on the status of delivery and installation.
-
Organizing Product and Materials as they are being delivered to the VanderNet.
-
Inventorying Products to track purchase- Vendor, Warranty Information, and End Customer it was sold to.
-
Building and adjusting sales processes to streamline product delivery and installation.
-
Taking general calls for VanderLink regarding new or existing internet customers. This includes answering basic questions about our services.

Assist with VanderLink Sales of Internet and Phone services.
-
Submit Customer Phone# porting paperwork and track the porting process.
Work with team on setting up internet and phone services for customers. -
Work with Sales and Executive Team on tracking analytics for reporting on projects, and sales numbers.

And of course, make coffee.

Educational Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation:
Starts at $13 per Hour
Hours:
8-5 Monday – Friday, Excluding Holidays Observed
