Job Responsibilities:
· Process Management
· Basic Network Equipment Configuration
· Basic Deploy / Troubleshooting Networks
· Software Upgrades (Client and Server side)
· Software Deployment & Troubleshoot
· Deployment of client computers
· Help Desk Management
· Understanding of Network Architecture
· Environment Monitoring / Configuration
· Good understanding of Active Directory & Email Support
· Good Understanding of Security Systems (Cameras)
· Basic VOIP Understanding
· Mobile Networks (Verizon / AT&T 4G LTE)
· Network Security / Antivirus
· Site Survey
· Remote Network Deployment
· Remote Site Maintenance
· Data Management
· Great Running Data Drops / Terminate Ethernet Cables
· Manage and Log Backup Configurations
Educational Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· College Training is an advantage
· Numeracy and literacy skills
· 2-4 Years Networking/Computer Experience
